About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager (or high-potential Deputy Project Director) to lead a major LTA MRT civil infrastructure project. The ideal candidate is an accomplished construction professional who can independently oversee large-scale, complex works — driving progress, safety, and quality to meet the client’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management, planning, and execution of the assigned MRT / civil infrastructure project.
• Drive construction activities to ensure timely completion, cost control, and compliance with LTA specifications and standards.
• Supervise and guide a team of Construction Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors on-site.
• Anticipate and resolve design, technical, and interface issues during project execution.
• Liaise closely with LTA representatives, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
• Oversee the preparation of method statements, progress reports, and risk assessments.
• Maintain a strong safety and quality culture, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Support senior management in strategic planning, resource allocation, and project reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent recognized by the PE Board / BCA.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 8 years in MRT / Rail or large-scale civil projects.
• Proven experience in managing major LTA contracts (cut-and-cover, bored tunnels, stations, or viaducts).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making capabilities.
• Track record of successfully managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex interfaces.
• Candidates with Deputy Project Director or Senior PM exposure will be highly regarded.
