Little Shepherds' Schoolhouse recherche un Responsable pour diriger l'école préscolaire. Vous serez chargé de gérer les opérations quotidiennes, de soutenir les enseignants et de garantir un excellent environnement d'apprentissage pour les enfants. Ce poste nécessite un diplôme en éducation de la petite enfance et une expérience significative dans un rôle de leadership.

Qualifications

  • Expérience préalable en enseignement et rôle de leadership.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et interpersonnelles.
  • Connaissance des programmes éducatifs pour les enfants, y compris les programmes d'éducation spéciale.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop a culture of high early childhood standard and excellence in teaching and learning.
  • Ensure the smooth daily operations of the school.
  • Lead the implementation of curriculum and any school improvement plan.
  • Support teachers, staff and pupils in engaging in the teaching and learning process.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents.
  • Implement structures to advance professional learning for teachers and other staff members.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, central office and others.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.
  • Helm the daily operations of the Centre
  • Manage the centre budget and oversee the efficient and cost-effective use of centre resources
  • Ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

  • Accredited Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education
  • Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) an advantage

Skills Set:

  • Previous experience in classroom teaching and leadership role.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in staff supervision and evaluation and in budget development and administration.
  • Knowledge of early childhood / developmental learning and growth, behavioural response
  • Ability to provide inclusive and effective educational leadership of general and special education instructional programmes.
  • Familiar with Early Years Developmental Framework (EYDF) an advantage
  • Familiar with IT applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Other knowledge is an added advantage
  • Must have prior leadership experience
