JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Client Solutions (CS) team during a critical transition period. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth administrative operations, allowing the CS team to focus on strategic initiatives and client engagement.
Roles and responsibilities
Your administrative functions include assisting the Client Solutions team in a range of clerical duties including data entry and document processing, as well as meeting scheduling and event management. Key responsibilities are outlined below:
- Coordinate meetings
- Support the organisation and running of client events (virtual and in-person)
- Assist with logistics and associated bookings for meetings/events
- Preparing marketing materials, including investor booklets
- Basic data entry and maintaining the client database (CRM system)
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
JOB REQUIREMENTSJob Requirements
- 3-5 years of working experience in administrative or secretarial duties that support teams and with at least a GCE O qualification
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Sharepoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is advantageous
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact professionally with various stakeholders
- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
