- Collaborate with the Board to define the company’s strategic goals and vision, ensuring alignment across the management team and stakeholders for effective execution and growth.
- Ensure the company operates in full compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Oversee the implementation of compliance protocols across all functions and ensure continuous monitoring and reporting.
- Facilitate open and transparent communication with the Head Office and relevant departments. Ensure the exchange of critical insights to refine operational strategies and align them with organizational objectives and requirements.
