You will play an important role in the People Development and Engagement team with a focus on planning, implementing and communicating initiatives to enhance SP’s staff capabilities.
What you will be working on
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Learning & Development
Design and/or organise learning and development initiatives to enable our staff to perform their roles well. This may involve developing or curating learning resources, supporting discussions with senior management, conducting research and benchmarking exercises etc.
Review and/or design career development policies, frameworks or initiatives to support our staff’s capability and career development. This may involve reviewing and adapting existing competency frameworks, career paths and other initiatives etc.
Manage the end-to-end implementation of initiatives and programmes, from conducting training needs analysis to conceptualising appropriate interventions and managing programme administration and stakeholders.
Career Development
Design and coordinate career development initiatives to support staff’s career development. This includes:
Adapting and implementing relevant initiatives, frameworks and roadmaps
Partnering with stakeholders to plan and support initiatives
Developing or curating resources
Others
Perform statistical reporting and data analysis.
Develop appropriate action plans to improve work processes.
What we are looking for
Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Human Resource, Business Administration or related discipline.
Familiar with Public Sector Human Resource policies, practices and guidelines.
IHRP Certification preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Meticulous, detail-oriented and comfortable with numbers.
Proficient in data analysis, advanced Excel, business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), and data visualisation to derive insights and support decision-making.
A team player who is proactive, resourceful and confident.
Experienced candidates may be considered for a team lead role.
Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
