Job Purpose
- Point of contact to manage and support IT operations in the absence of HOD.
- Perform end of day and start of day operations for operations of all branches in APAC.
- Provide helpdesk assistance and end user supports including software, hardware troubleshooting, email administration, internet and LAN’s maintenance.
- Maintain Singapore hosted systems and reports as per IT Service Requests.
- Maintain IT manuals and procedures related to the systems/BCM as per guidelines issued by the Regulators, Head Office.
- Co-ordinate and prepare systems for Annual Disaster Recovery activities as per Business Continuity Management Requirements.
- Maintain IT Security devices/ Servers/Other end points as per Group ISO standards and Industry best practices.
- Perform vendor evaluation and renewal of IT contracts as per requirements.
- Administer Databases and assist to develop and maintain report programme.
- To meet the regulatory and head office requirements in timely manner.
- Interact on a regular basis and meet their requirements.
- Cover the duties of IT department in the absence of any of the IT staff.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Head of IT.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor degree in IT, Engineering or related discipline and appropriate registration with a recognized professional institutes (e.g. Project Management – PMP).
- 12 + years relevant experience
- Management experience
- Banking industry knowledge would be an advantage
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and project life cycle
