Job description

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members. Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

• Support the Finance Director in the development and implementation of financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with the company’s objectives.

• Deliver timely and accurate financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Prepare financial performance and investment-related reports with strategic insights for senior management.

• Collaborate with department heads to develop, review, and monitor budgets. Provide financial guidance to support sound business decisions and performance improvements.

• Identify and evaluate financial and investment risks, proposing strategies to mitigate them. Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to risk management frameworks.

• Stay abreast of evolving financial regulations and industry practices. Ensure compliance with applicable financial laws, standards, and corporate policies.

• Compile and present financial reports to the Finance Director and executive leadership team. Provide recommendations based on financial data and market trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification recognized by the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership and business partnering role.

• Strategic thinking and total business acumen.

• Experience in GLC/Public Sector will be a plus
