Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cybersecurity Professional to join our young and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, a passion for emerging technologies, and a proven track record of success in the field.

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients and internal teams.
2. Software Development: Embark with the team on technical or software engineering effort.
3. Cybersecurity Assessments: Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity assessments to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
4. Threat Intelligence: Analyse threat intelligence to stay ahead of emerging cyber threats.
5. Solution Design: Develop and implement customized cybersecurity solutions tailored to client needs.
6. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and serve as their trusted cybersecurity partner.
7. Team Management: Mentor and guide junior team members.
8. Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Possesses a strong ability to analyse unfamiliar situations, think critically and implement practical solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on technical roles especially hands-on activities.
2. Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, Singapore CSA Codes of Practice).
3. Deep knowledge of IT and internet of things (IoT) environments.
4. Experience with various networking and cybersecurity tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems, vulnerability scanners).
5. Passion for emerging technologies and a willingness to stay updated on the latest trends.
6. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
2. Project Management Professional (PMP).
3. Experience in consulting or professional services.
4. Knowledge of programming and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, C, C++).
