Qualifications

• At least 15 years of relevant experience.
• Senior pilot background or senior staff appointment experience is advantageous.
• Experience as Commanding Officer of Transport/Helicopter/UAV Squadron preferred.

What the role is:

You drive strategic framing, operational policy, and operational design for the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF)'s operations.

What you will be working on:

- Develop strategic frameworks and operational policies for the RSAF operations- Design and implement operational plans for peace to troubled peace missions- Ensure operational effectiveness of deployed forces- Coordinate with supported forces to maximise operational utility- Provide strategic staff support to Chief of Air Force (CAF)- Oversee the RSAF Operations Hub responsibilitiesChallenge(s)- Exploring and gathering information to facilitate decision making- Exceeding expectations in analytical skills and organisational ability

What we are looking for:

- At least 15 years of relevant experience- Senior transport/helicopter/UAV pilot background or experience in senior staff appointment within RSAF or Air Combat Command/Participation Command/UAV Command is advantageous- Experience as Commanding Officer of Transport/Helicopter/UAV Squadron is preferred- Strong analytical and organisational abilities- Effective and positive communication skills- Ability to inspire confidence and respect amongst stakeholdersOnly shortlisted candidates will be notified.
