Job description

Reporting to the Director, Operations, you will provide the overall strategic and operational direction and leadership for the following functions: General Support Services, Environmental Services (including environmental sustainability), Security and Car park management, Facility Management & Safety (including Workplace Safety & Health), as well as Crisis Planning and Operations.

In this role, you are expected to collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also have to oversee contracted vendors to ensure their compliance to regulatory requirements and adherence to specified service standards and manage tenants and leasing agreements. Last but not least, you will need to do budget planning and expenditure management in addition to providing management reports on a regular basis and participate in corporate projects.

Requirements

  • Recognised degree with at least 12 years of relevant operations experience in healthcare, security or hospitality industry
  • Possession of a WSH-related qualification would be an advantage
  • At least 6 years’ experience in a Managerial or above position
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good analytical, organisational and communication (both verbal and written) skills
  • Relevant experience in data management and analysis would be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
