The SingHealth Office of Digital Strategy drives our organisation's digital transformation, ensuring we remain at the forefront of healthcare innovation and excellence. As Deputy Director, you will develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive digital adoption roadmap and framework across the organisation, enhancing our staff's digital skills and ultimately improving patient care through digital empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Adoption & Skills Development
    • Develop digital adoption roadmap and framework with Group Education
    • Conduct skills gap assessments and design targeted learning interventions
    • Align framework with strategic objectives through stakeholder engagement
    • Design learning pathways, curricula, and specialised training programmes
    • Deliver training sessions and create train-the-trainer materials
    • Evaluate programme effectiveness and gather feedback for improvement
  2. Drive the Digital Leaders Programme across all management levels
  3. Demonstrate thought leadership in Digital Health through various platforms
  4. Digital Health-Focused Collaboration
    • Contribute to digital projects covering transformation, emerging technologies, strategic planning, design thinking, change management, and data analytics

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree preferably in an IT, Business, HR or People & Organisation related discipline. Master's degree or Doctorate in health, digital, IT-related domains, data analytics, or relevant qualifications will be advantageous.
  2. At least 10 years of Organisation Development and Leadership Development experience or experience in leading or supporting digitalisation initiatives in digital transformation / design thinking topics with past training or facilitation experience.
  3. Proven track record in developing and implementing learning & development strategies and frameworks, evidenced by successful projects or programmes.
  4. Demonstrated proficiency in curriculum development, instructional design, and leadership development interventions.
  5. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects to successful completion.
  6. Empathetic, resourceful and driven by a strong commitment to excellence, with a passion for making a positive impact within the organisation.
