A leading company in Singapore is seeking a talented urban planner/architect to support strategic goals through innovative design management. The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders, formulate design guidelines, and manage projects from inception to delivery, fostering creativity and collaborative solutions. This role demands a Registered Qualified Person, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
Overall Job Purpose
Carry out islandwide planning, design and design-related management works in support of SDC’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out design ideation, research, content narrative and feasibility studies to ensure SDC’s design approaches and execution are ahead of the curve in the market.
Conduct stakeholders’ engagements to gather feedback and for project coordination purpose.
Formulate Design Brief and Urban Design Guidelines to guide planning and development works.
Work closely with ministries, authorities, SDC’s stakeholders, consultants and contractors from project inception, ideation to final delivery of the developments i.e. end-to-end integrated design management
Preparation of approval papers and related materials eg. specifications and drawings etc. to facilitate clearances.
Plan, review and facilitate tenancy works spanning from land preparation, marketing exercise and design management, taking into account holistic experience planning and considerations.

Registered Qualified Person under Singapore’s Board of Architects with minimum 5 years of experience in the urban planning and/or architectural works.
Processes a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Master’s degree of above equivalent will be an advantage.
Relevant degree in Urban Design or Planning can be considered.
Software skills - Autocad, Sketchup with real time rendering, Photoshop, Video-editing, Powerpoint and Microsoft Office.
Experience in AI Architectural rendering software, BIM, Revit will be an added advantage.
