Job Description:
Lead/manage a team of Quantity Surveyors in the administration and review of procurement and contract management.
Review contract documents and provide cost estimates on tenders.
Prepare and monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work, variations, and adjust budget projections accordingly.
Oversee and manage main contract progress claim and subcontract payment including variation claim.
Resolve contract disputes and contract claims, assessing entitlement for extension of time and loss/expense claim.
Able to independently lead/manage large scale project.
Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondences and documentations.
Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders.
Ensure timely finalization of main and subcontract.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Civil Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contract negotiation, administration and/or management in the construction industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, as well as keen interest and motivation in a high growth and entrepreneurial environment.
A high level of integrity, dependability with a strong sense of urgency and result-oriented.
