Be a Founding Force – Key Management Role with Certified Training Expertise

We’re a bold new start-up with a mission to upskill every individual to their fullest potential in contributing positively to the local workforce, and we’re looking for a dynamic leader to join our founding team. If you’re a certified trainer with a passion for building from scratch and be part of the dynamic team, this is your moment.

Your Role

As a core member of our leadership team, you’ll help shape the company’s direction, culture, and operations. You’ll also lead training initiatives that meet national standards and empower both our team and our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partnering with founder to drive business strategy and execution

• Overseeing operations and team development

• Designing and delivering training programs aligned with WSQ standards

• Ensuring our training offerings are compliant with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) requirements

• Contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced start-up environment

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience, ideally in a start-up or agile business setting

• Certified trainer with WSQ credentials recognized by MySkillsFuture Singapore
