- Demonstrate and reinforce leadership behaviors to inspire Staff, Supervisors, and Managers in delivering excellent QSC standards.
- Conduct interviews, OJEs (On-the-Job Evaluations), and training for Restaurant Managers based on district needs and business goals.
- Support, coach, and consult to ensure assigned restaurants are adequately staffed to maximize sales potential and operational efficiency, while reducing employee turnover.
- Educate and enforce HR policies, labor laws, security, and safety procedures across all levels of staff.
- Provide coaching, development, recognition, and support to restaurant employees at all levels.
QSC / Sales Building
- Protect Takagi Ramen’s brand by ensuring restaurants meet company QSC, safety, and sanitization standards.
- Coach and guide Restaurant Managers on critical systems to consistently achieve high QSC results.
- Represent the company’s interests within the community and support the execution of market-wide promotions.
Business Results
- Analyze available data to identify opportunities and risks, and build business plans to optimize district market potential.
- Support and guide staffing strategies to ensure competent teams and Restaurant Managers are in place.
- Develop, manage, and control district budgets effectively to achieve business targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the F&B industry.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service focus.
- Familiarity with food handling, safety, and restaurant operational guidelines.
- Open to work night shifts when required.
- Preferably able to start work immediately.
