Job Summary:

  • Salary: $2900 - $3100

  • Location: Multiple Locations

  • Minimum of 44 hours per week, across 5 to 6 days

Job Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain high performance standards.

  • Inventory Management: Optimize stock levels, minimize waste, and create visually appealing product displays.

  • Operational Excellence: Monitor sales performance, implement strategies to achieve targets, and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.

  • Customer Service: Ensure a positive shopping experience by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a customer-centric approach.

  • Store Maintenance & Compliance: Uphold cleanliness, safety, and organizational standards within the department.

Requirement:

  • Proven supervisory or managerial experience in a retail or supermarket environment (highly advantageous).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • Ability to work a minimum of 44 hours per week, across 5 to 6 days, including weekends and public holidays, based on business needs.

  • Flexibility to work across outlets Island-wide as required.
