Job summary

NUFFIELD HOLDINGS PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a dental technician to check incoming scan files and prescriptions, design crowns in Exocad, and prepare files for 3D printing and milling. You will print, post-process and inspect models, mill or sinter crowns where applicable, and finish restorations.

You will perform fit and quality checks before handover and promptly escalate any errors to a senior technician to ensure patient safety and accuracy of restorations.

Qualifications

• Check incoming scan files and prescriptions for completeness.
• Design a crown and its corresponding printed model in Exocad.
• Prepare and nest files correctly for the 3D printer and milling machine.
• Print, post-process, and inspect models.
• Mill, sinter (where applicable), and finish crown restorations.
• Perform fit and quality checks before handover.
• Recognize common errors and know when to escalate to a senior technician.
