Dental Surgery Assistant / Receptionist

All across Singapore | Full-time | $2,400 – $3,400/month | Attractive monthly incentive & AWS

Nuffield Holdings Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and friendly Dental Surgery Assistant / Receptionist to join our vibrant clinic team. If you thrive in a clinical environment, enjoy working with people, and have a passion for patient care—this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

1) Dental Surgery Assistant

Chairside Assistance:

  • Support dentists during consultations and procedures such as SAP, fillings, root canals, and implants.

  • Prepare and maintain dental instruments and materials.

  • Other duties may be assigned to support smooth clinic operations.

Infection Control & Clinic Setup:

  • Sterilise and disinfect dental chairs, equipment, and instruments.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols at all times.

2) Receptionist

Front Desk & Reception Duties:

  • Provide warm, professional service to all patients.

  • Handle registration, appointment scheduling, and patient queries.

  • Manage payment collection and basic administrative tasks.

  • Educate patients on procedures and answer pre-treatment questions.

  • Other duties may be assigned to support smooth clinic operations.
