Job summary

Gentle Smile Dental Studio in Singapore is seeking a proactive Dental Assistant to support dentists during treatments and ensure patient comfort.

You will prepare treatment rooms, maintain hygiene and sterilise instruments, and handle front-desk duties including registration, appointment booking, cashiering, and explaining treatments. IT-literate and team-oriented candidates are encouraged. The role follows a 5.5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Must have at least O Level/SSC.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• 5.5 days work week (Mon-Fri 9-6, Sat 9-1).
• IT literate to use clinic software and email.
• Experience in dental industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during treatments and attend to patient comfort.
• Prepare treatment room by stocking materials and maintaining equipment.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and hygiene; sterilise instruments.
• Ad hoc front desk duties: patient registration, appointments, cashiering, and explaining treatments.
• Assist in administrative tasks as needed.
