A leading healthcare provider is seeking a full-time receptionist to ensure exceptional service standards and manage patient interactions at their clinic. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in healthcare, with strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customers’ needs and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Handle and resolve our patient’s enquiries and/or feedback in a professional and tactful manner, including answering of phone calls.
Main tasks include receiving patients at Reception counter/lounge, assist with Patient Registration, Billing/Payment and other administrative front-desk tasks.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare or similar capacity.
Possess strong communication skills, patient and genuinely excited to help customers.
Able to multi-task, problem-solve and manage time efficiently.
JOB DETAILS:
5 working days with 2 off days!
40 working hours per week.
