Dental Assistant / Receptionist (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Location: Orchard Road

We are a small, friendly dental clinic located in the heart of Orchard Road, looking for a reliable and motivated Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. Both full-time (44 hours/week across Monday-Saturday) and part-time roles are available. Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with no night shifts and minimal overtime .

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists during procedures (chairside assistance)
• Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical cleanliness
• Prepare treatment rooms and manage inventory
• Welcome and register patients at the front desk
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Handle billing and payments
• Answer phone and email inquiries professionally
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Support daily operations of the clinic

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience as a dental assistant or receptionist preferred (training can be provided)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Friendly, reliable, and well-organized
