Job summary

Clear Aligners Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to support Dental Officers across a range of procedures. You will prepare materials and instruments, maintain strict infection control, and ensure MOH health and safety compliance in a busy clinic.

You will also handle sharps disposal, stock/appointment management, vendor liaison for supplies, and deliver courteous patient service with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum ‘O’ Levels, with 1-2 years' of working experience in dental clinics.
• Applicants must be service-oriented with a passion for the dental/healthcare industry.
• You must be able to work shift hours/on weekends & Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide chair-side dental assistance to Dental Officers for various dental procedures
• Prepare dental materials and specific instruments prior to dental consultations and treatments
• Achieve and maintain high standard of infection control protocols
• Comply with all health and safety rules and guidelines set up by MOH
• Ensure safe disposal of sharps and clinical wastes
• Maintain proper usage and inventory records of equipment and stock supplies
• Manage patients’ appointments scheduling in the clinic-based computer system for new and revisit cases
• Liaise with contracted vendor on stocks delivery and supply
• Perform daily decontamination procedures of dental instruments
• Answer phone calls, attend to enquiries and feedback on dental services and provide good customer service
