Responsibilities

• To assist in the daily operation of the Clinic, inclusive of triaging, dispensing medicines and payment.
• Attend to all patients seeking treatments and making inquiries at the clinic promptly and courteously.
• To handle administrative duties, like stock procurement, accounting etc.
• To assist Dentists during consultation and dental procedures.
• Ensure the comfort of patient throughout the treatment, and give simple oral health instructions.
• Prepare materials, dental instruments, and equipment as required
• Perform general housekeeping to ensure cleanliness of treatment rooms
• Ensure a high standard of infection control.
• To sterilize instruments and prepare dental room.
• To set up appointments and follow up with patient’s enquiries over the phone
• To manage and handle dental appointments, data entry and records.
• To engage and manage volunteers to the clinic.
• To be able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level & above.
• Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• A team player who is willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
