Job summary

MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking aDental Assistant to support dentists across Singapore. You will prepare instruments, assist during procedures, manage appointments, and ensure patient comfort throughout visits.

You’ll handle registrations, data entry and billing while maintaining infection control standards and a positive patient experience. This role offers full-time benefits and diverse clinic locations islandwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental clinics is preferred.
• Ability to manage patient flow and registrations.
• Familiar with infection control protocols and sterilisation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during procedures by preparing instruments, equipment and materials.
• Attend to patients before, during and after treatments to ensure comfort.
• Manage patient appointments, registrations, enquiries and follow-ups.
• Maintain sterilisation and cleanliness of instruments and treatment areas.
• Perform administrative duties including data entry, billing and records.
• Coordinate with dentists and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide courteous assistance and address patient enquiries.
• Carry out other duties to support the dental team.
