Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Support the dentist in all aspects of patient care, including getting appropriate instruments ready, mixing materials and ensuring patient comfort.
2. Taking notes from dentists' dictation for record.
3. Sterilizing all dental instruments.
4. Assist with reception work - booking and managing appointments, attending to walk-in and phone enquiries, registering patients, billing, collecting payments, dealing with paperwork.
5. Dispensing medicine as prescribed by the dentist.
6. General housekeeping to ensure clinic cleanliness.

Skills & Requirements:

We're looking for self-motivated candidates with the following requirements:

1. Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' level.
2. Professional certificate (NITEC) or equivalent degree/diploma.
3. Hardworking, energetic, detail-oriented, kind and considerate.
4. Good with children.
5. No experience necessary, but candidates with previous relevant work experience preferred.
6. Able to communicate in English. Ability in a secondary language, such as Mandarin, Bahasa, or dialects is a bonus.
