Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a diligent receptionist to join a busy dental clinic. You will register patients, schedule appointments, and provide front-line customer service while maintaining accurate records.

You will assist dentists during procedures as needed, coordinate clinic operations, and handle inquiries, with a focus on professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• GCE 'N' Level, GCE 'O' Level, NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• Healthcare experience is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong administrative abilities.
• Willing to learn and support clinical and operational functions.
