Job summary

Smileworks PTE LTD at Paragon is seeking permanent, full-time Front Desk or Dental Assistant staff. You will assist dental surgeons, prepare and sterilize instruments, maintain infection control, and ensure patient comfort in a fast-paced clinic.

The role requires 1-2 years of hands-on dental assisting experience, weekend availability, and general computer literacy. On-the-job training is provided for candidates with no prior dental assistance experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on dental assisting experience preferred
• Willing to work weekends
• Computer literate

Responsibilities

• Assist dental surgeons in clinical and dental procedures
• Assist in preparing and sterilizing dental instruments
• Maintain high standard of infection control
• Keep clinic facilities clean and organized
• Cast models and handle lab cases as needed
• Ensure patient comfort throughout treatment
• Perform desk duties with courtesy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
