About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing dental practice in the Central Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless experience for our valued patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists during procedures.

• Ensure that procedures/equipment run smoothly.

• Top up medications and assist in stock taking as required

• Responsible for the cleanliness of the clinic facilities, including regular wipe down/cleaning

• Perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, billing, scheduling of appointments etc. if required.

• Filing of case notes.

• Handle enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 3 year of experience Dental Assistant preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients of all ages and backgrounds

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

• Proficiency in using dental practice management software and other relevant technology

• A friendly, positive, and empathetic approach to customer service

• A passion for the dental industry and a commitment to providing the highest standard of patient care
