A leading company is seeking a Demolition Engineer specializing in process plants. The role requires developing demolition strategies, ensuring safety compliance, and managing contractors. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience, particularly in demolition work.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute detailed demolition plans and engineering procedures for demolition of assets
Conduct site assessments and structural evaluations to inform demolition strategy.
Ensure compliance with local statutory and safety regulations (e.g., URA, BCA, MOM etc).
Collaborate with environmental engineers to manage hazardous materials such as asbestos, PCBs, and residual fuels
Prepare engineering documentation, risk assessments, method statements, and technical reports
Coordinate and supervise demolition contractors and internal teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering
At least 10 years in construction with demolition of process plant experience
