A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a skilled kitchen staff member to prepare dishes with high standards. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of kitchen experience in a refined setting and expertise in grilling techniques. You'll uphold hygiene standards and assist in various kitchen tasks. Competitive salary up to $3000.
Working Days: 5 working days(Off day - 1 Sunday and 1 weekday)
Working Hours: Full day shift based on rostering

Responsibilities
Prepare and execute dishes from your assigned section with precision, consistencyand high presentation standards.
Work directly on or around the open-fire grill, managing heat and timing for optimal flavour and texture.
Assist the Chef de Partie in mise en place, serviceand kitchen cleanliness.
Uphold hygiene and safety standards according to SFA and internal SOPs.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow.
Participate in daily prep, serviceand post-service duties with a proactive and professional attitude.
Receive and store deliveries properly, maintaining stock rotation and quality checks.
Requirements
Minimum 1 years of kitchen experience in a refined or upscale restaurant setting.
Familiarity with grilling techniques, live-fire cookingand flavor layering.
Basic knife skills and understanding of mise en place systems.
