Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coach, and guide junior team members in daily tasks.
  • Ensure food quality and consistency through regular checks.
  • Assist in mise-en-place preparation and food production.
  • Handle daily tasks such as recording food wastage, ordering, and receiving stock.
  • Conduct month-end inventory stock checks.
  • Work with the Kitchen-In-Charge (KIC) to improve kitchen efficiency and workflow.
  • Ensure team members maintain proper personal grooming and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the superior or Senior Management.

Job Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
  • Higher culinary skills preferred (hot kitchen & café experience preferred).
  • FSC Certification preferred.
  • Must be flexible and available to work all assigned shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong teamwork, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
