CULINARY ARTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Demi Chef to support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations, ensuring top-notch food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.

You will assist in cooking, maintain mise en place, and help with stock control while upholding SFA guidelines. The role emphasizes teamwork and helping train junior staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Sound knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
