Michael Page International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Demand Planning professional to develop and maintain forecasts across healthcare products. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Supply Chain to drive forecast accuracy and planning effectiveness.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in demand planning or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts from data and insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Supply Chain to improve forecast accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimise stock while minimising excess.
• Support S&OP processes and planning discussions with stakeholders.
• Analyse demand trends, variances, and performance to drive CI.
• Coordinate with regional/global supply teams on availability and risks.
• Prepare planning reports and dashboards for data-driven decisions.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain demand forecastsusing historical data, market intelligence, and business insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teamsto drive forecast accuracy and planning effectiveness.
• Monitor inventory levelsand recommend actions to optimise stock availability while minimising excess inventory.
• Support Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processesand participate in planning discussions with key stakeholders.
• Analyse demand trends, forecast variances, and operational performanceto drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with regional and global supply teams to manage product availability and address supply risks.
• Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and recommendations to support data‑driven decision‑making.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimally 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, inventory management, or related supply chain functions.
• Experience operating within a multinational organisation,preferably in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or regulated industries.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience interpreting demand trends and business data.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and planning tools, withstrong MS Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated experience supporting forecasting, inventory management, or S&OP processes.
