If you are enthusiastic about the HVAC industry and eager to contribute to our growth in the Asia market, we invite you to apply and become part of our innovative team.

  • Present demand planning insights, trends, and analytical findings to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Facilitate working sessions with product managers, sales managers, and material planners to improve demand analysis and enhance forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate with demand planning leaders to integrate multiple data sources into the consensus forecast.
  • Manage the implementation of demand forecast analysis applications, such as KetteQ, and leverage AI-driven forecasting tools and automation technologies to enhance forecasting capabilities and planning efficiency.
  • Align demand planning with inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and prevent stockouts.
  • Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure demand plans align with lead times and supply constraints.
  • Work closely with Material Planners to translate demand forecasts into actionable material planning strategies.
  • Provide guidance on demand fluctuations to adjust procurement and replenishment plans effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze service levels, fill rates, and forecast accuracy to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications:
