Job description

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Demand generation Manager for a 9 month extendable contract role. As the Marketing Lead for the office, you will work closely with local country marketing teams, APJ business counterparts in partner, sales and professional services, as well as our global marketing team.

What Will You Do:

  • In partnership with local country marketing leaders across the region, drive integrated marketing campaigns. This will include demand generation, brand awareness, events, field marketing, web/online marketing, communications and creative services.
  • Understanding local market requirements across AP&J and building out campaigns and programs that can be leveraged across different geographies.
  • Develop annual regional campaigns and programs to create awareness, generate demand and build a pipeline for Workday technology, products and solutions across Financials, HCM, planning and the other specialized products
  • Identify audience segmentation strategy; vehicle and media mix recommendation, timing and forecast of results
  • Understand local countries’ needs, pain points in office of CHRO to develop tailored campaigns/programs plan for 5 AP&J regions and new entry country (India)
  • Work with appropriate groups (product and industry marketing, sales and strategy) to develop resonated contents, messaging platforms, and stories for office of CHRO from which to build campaigns regionally and locally.
  • Analyze campaigns and programs performance and make recommendations for optimization and future enhancements.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the field marketing team, global and regional supporting team to work for the plan.

What Will You Need:

  • Results-driven marketing professional with a proven ability to deliver commitments on time while achieving or exceeding business goals.
  • Experience
  • 15+ years successful related marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS, enterprise software, cloud environment
  • Strategically-minded but willing to be very hands on and get programs executed, in partnership with each sub-region in APJ
  • Proven ability to effectively execute integrated, streamlined marketing programs that drive pipeline
  • Ability to work with people at all levels of an organization including executive management, sales, and marketing
