Job description

    As an ABM/Demand Gen Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for executing targeted campaigns to convert key accounts and ICPs into a high-intent pipeline. Your role will involve close collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketops to develop campaigns that drive engagement from early-stage to sales-ready conversations.This is a unique opportunity for you to implement ABM strategies using a comprehensive set of tools and involving all relevant teams. You will be tasked with bringing precision to demand generation efforts and creating scalable playbooks that align with sales-led GTM motions.Your impact will include building and implementing full-funnel campaigns targeting high-value accounts through channels such as email and outbound sales collaboration. You will collaborate with Sales & Product teams to test segmentation logic and personalization strategies across various personas, industries, and buying stages. Additionally, you will be responsible for campaign setup, execution, and performance tracking using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and other martech platforms.Working closely with SDRs and AEs, you will create coordinated plays to enhance engagement and conversion rates. Collaboration with content, design, and product marketing teams will be essential in developing tailored messaging and assets. You will also conduct A/B tests across different elements to optimize campaign performance and track account engagement and funnel progression to derive insights and refine targeting strategies.To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in demand-gen related campaign management roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Hands-on experience with campaign tools like HubSpot, Smartleads, and Clearbit is required, along with a good understanding of sales-led funnel strategies. Deep knowledge of B2B buying cycles, key personas (especially technical decision-makers), and ICP-driven marketing is essential. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, high-growth environments are crucial.
