Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an Automation CSV Consultant to lead DeltaV migration validation in a pharma setting. 12 months contract based in Tuas, Singapore, with responsibilities across validation strategy, documentation, and execution.

The role requires proven CSV experience, DeltaV DCS expertise, and strong regulatory knowledge to ensure GxP compliance and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven CSV experience in a pharmaceutical/GxP manufacturing environment.
• In-depth practical experience with Emerson DeltaV DCS.
• Experience in control system migration or replacement projects.
• Hands-on experience with DQ, IQ, OQ, FAT/SAT and computerised system risk assessments.
• Good knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, GxP and Data Integrity requirements.
• Experience working with system integrators, Emerson.
• Ability to translate automation/control functionality into validation requirements and test cases.
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively with Engineering, Automation, Quality and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement a robust validation approach for DeltaV migration in line with CSV requirements.
• Develop the validation strategy, lifecycle, deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare Validation Master Plan and related documentation.
• Coordinate FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ testing and risk assessments with Emerson and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 / Data Integrity and maintain traceability of requirements to tests.
• Provide guidance during test execution and support validation closure.
