Job summary

RoviSys is seeking a Senior DeltaV System Programmer to design and implement control systems strategies using the DeltaV DCS platform at a client site in the Life Sciences Manufacturing sector.

You will collaborate with engineers and designers, develop control strategies, perform testing, on-site commissioning and qualification, and create life-cycle documents aligned with GMP and S88 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV DCS platform.
• Understanding of Batch S88 standards (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units etc).
• Understanding of automation hardware and networking technologies.
• Motivated self-starter who is quick to adapt and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills for presentation to clients/management team where necessary.
• Experience and/or interests in pharmaceutical & biologics GMP processes (e.g. computer systems validation).
