Qualifications

• Physically fit to perform loading and unloading tasks safely.
• Able to move and carry goods as part of delivery operations.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Willing to work 5.5 days per week with Sundays off.
• Comfortable handling non-halal foods.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.
• Handle goods carefully during loading, transportation, and unloading to prevent damage.
• Deliver goods to customers, shops, central kitchen, and other locations as directed.
• Verify quantities and inspect the condition of goods before loading and upon delivery to ensure accuracy.
• Arrange and secure goods properly inside the delivery vehicle to prevent shifting in transit.
• Collect and return delivery documents and other paperwork accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the delivery vehicle and equipment.
• Report damaged goods or delivery issues promptly to the office or supervisor.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and apply proper manual-handling practices.
• Perform other delivery-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
