Expectations of the Role:

  • Supervise overall delivery operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution.

  • Lead and manage a team of Delivery Supervisors to achieve operational excellence.

  • Drive performance to meet or exceed daily and monthly OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) targets.

  • Resolve delivery-related issues raised by Delivery Service Agents promptly.

  • Organize and facilitate weekly DSA toolbox meetings to ensure alignment and communication.

  • Monitor driver compliance with operational requirements including ePOD submissions and conduct spot checks.

  • Manage DSA attendance records and overtime planning.

  • Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance for delivery vehicles.

  • Prepare and submit daily operational reports, including ePOD closure and OTIF metics.

  • Ensure adherence to all relevant standards and compliance frameworks (ISO,ISMS, DM, GSDP, hygiene).

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements (Must-Have):

  • Diploma level or equivalent.

  • Possesses valid Class 3 Singapore driving license.

  • Able to commit to work on specific weekends when required to support operational needs.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft office.

  • Good spoken and written English.

Advantageous to Have:

  • Experience in handling cytotoxic drugs and non-drug disposals.

  • Familiarity with SAP or similar warehouse management systems.

Personal Attributes:

  • Committed, responsible, and good communication skills.

  • Analytical and able to troubleshoot complex problems.
