Job description

Contract Duration: 6 months

Scope of Work:

• Work closely with product owner and users to accurately scope user requirements and detail into product backlog
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely delivery and cost marksmanship
• Take on product-related task coordination across developers, operations, UI/UX, and QE teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Ensure that the newly implemented system(s) comply with prevailing Government ICT policies and requirements
• Prepare regular project status report to effectively communicate and manage project risks
• Collate user feedback (both prospective and current users) and working closely with the product owner to shape its roadmap and go-to-market strategy
• Good knowledge of related Singapore Government Tech Stack (SGTS) such as SHIP/HATS, Optical, CrowdTask etc
• Strong third-party vendor management to ensure satisfactory delivery of services

Skillset & Experience:

• Tertiary education in relevant fields is preferred
• Experience in IT project management in the scoping, design, development, implementation and maintenance of web-based application systems
• Have IT knowledge in Web Development, Cloud Technologies, Cloud Security, Database Management, and Troubleshooting and Technical Support
• Self-motivated with lots of drive, a good team player and strong ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, presentation and negotiation skills
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Candidates with prior hands-on experience in leading deliveries of large-scale Government initiatives will be prioritized
