Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Oversees the planning and execution of construction projects, including developing project plans, determining resource requirements, and establishing project timelines.
2. Manages and coordinates contractors and subcontractors involved in the projects. This includes evaluating capabilities, selecting contractors, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performance.
3. Ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
4. Implements and enforces safety procedures, conducts regular inspections, and promotes a safety culture among the team.
5. Implements quality control measures to meet standards and specifications, including inspections and documentation reviews.
6. Monitors project budgets, tracks expenses, reviews invoices, manages change orders, and ensures projects stay within budget.
7. Coordinates with stakeholders such as project managers, engineers, clients, and authorities.
8. Manages project risks by analyzing potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing risk management practices.
9. Reports regularly on project progress, highlighting milestones, issues, and achievements.
10. Maintains accurate project documentation, including plans, permits, contracts, and reports.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Engineering or related field.
2. 7-10 years of relevant experience.
3. Knowledge of EPC projects for O&G, Offshore Renewables, and systems.
4. Proficient in MS Office applications.
5. Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
