Overview
Client & Project: We are seeking for a new talent to join the Service Delivery team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the customer experience/journey implementation.
Responsibilities
- As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
- You will drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost, leading delivery, and measuring and communicating progress to leadership within committed time frames.
- Additionally, you are expected to be a SME with deep knowledge in Project Delivery.
- Act in an advisory role in meetings and be the primary contact for Project Delivery.
- Publish on Project Delivery within and outside of Accenture and present on Project Delivery at conferences.
- You are expected to provide solutions to business areas and Accenture-wide problems.
- Contribute to and be hold directly and indirectly responsible for business area decisions.
- You may be expected to define business area goals involved, contribute, and may be hold directly or indirectly responsible for organizational-level decisions.
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Project Delivery is required.
- Account Delivery Management, Estimation and Planning, and Program Project Management at an Advanced proficiency level are recommended.
- Lead project delivery teams effectively to ensure successful project outcomes
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance project delivery efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address project delivery challenges
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster their professional growth
