Capgemini Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery of complex data, analytics and AI engagements for clients in Singapore and the region.

This senior, client-facing role combines delivery governance, commercial accountability, technology oversight and team development. You will manage scope, schedule, budget and quality, lead Agile or hybrid delivery, coordinate distributed teams, and build trusted client relationships while identifying opportunities for delivery-led

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology consulting or services with leadership of large data/analytics/AI programmes.
• Accountability for multi-workstream delivery and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and data/AI platforms (Databricks/Snowflake).
• Delivery controls covering architecture, DevSecOps, release, security and governance.
• Excellent executive communication and ability to engage business and technology leaders.
• Bachelor's degree in tech/engineering/CS/related field; cloud/data/PM certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex data, analytics and AI engagements.
• Lead delivery governance, budgeting, risks, and change control.
• Coordinate distributed teams, partners and subcontractors for delivery.
