We are seeking the Delivery Lead (Associate Director) to oversee the successful delivery of client engagements, ensuring that projects meet business objectives, quality standards, and financial targets. The role requires a strong leader who can drive execution, build trusted client relationships, and lead diverse teams in delivering complex, large-scale programs across multiple industries and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of programs and projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor delivery performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, governance, and compliance frameworks.
Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building trusted, long-term relationships.
- Translate business needs into delivery strategies and ensure solutions drive measurable client value.
- Partner closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes.
People Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary delivery teams across geographies and capabilities.
- Drive a high-performance culture, mentoring managers and team members to enhance capability and career growth.
- Foster collaboration across practices, ensuring knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Financial & Operational Management
- Own the financial performance of engagements, including forecasting, profitability, and margin management.
- Optimize resource allocation, delivery models, and productivity to achieve operational excellence.
- Contribute to revenue growth by identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Strategy & Innovation
- Support the development of delivery strategy, driving transformation and innovation in service delivery.
- Champion the use of emerging technologies, automation, and data-driven insights to improve client outcomes.
- Act as a change agent, enabling clients to adopt agile, digital-first ways of working.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 15+ years’ experience in program/project delivery, with at least 10 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of leading large, complex transformation programs (multi-million USD).
- Strong expertise in delivery governance, financial management, and client engagement.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at C-suite level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, distributed teams and drive collaboration across functions.
- Experience in consulting or global delivery environment preferred.
