Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy, consulting, or transformation, preferably within Financial Services.

Role Overview:
This position is responsible for shaping and executing the AI strategy, ensuring AI initiatives align with business goals and are successfully integrated across the organization. The role oversees the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, leads cross-functional teams, and drives adoption and operational integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement AI strategy and roadmap
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities
• Lead delivery of AI initiatives from ideation through deployment and operationalization
• Ensure AI solutions comply with governance, regulatory, and ethical standards
• Manage stakeholder engagement and support user adoption and change management
• Track project performance, risks, and success metrics
• Foster AI culture and capability building firm-wide
• Stay current with AI trends and manage vendor relationships

Requirements:

• 8+ years in strategy, consulting, or transformation (preferably within Financial Services)
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML, data governance, and AI-related risks
• Experience leading complex technology projects with cross-functional teams
• Experience managing technology transformation projects
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
• Strong understanding of key data and AI concepts such as data management, data governance, AI risks
• Understanding of technical disciplines including data, analytics and AI
• Passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and AI-driven business transformation
