Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Manager to establish and run the Center of Excellence for project delivery, designing standards, frameworks, and processes across SEA. This is a process-builder and standards-owner role, not executing projects.

You will shape cross-market governance, embed compliance, and lead training to raise capability. The role is Singapore-based with regional reach and visibility to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in PMO, project management, or delivery management.
• 3+ years in data center, construction, or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Experience designing business processes and policy documentation for multi-market environments.
• Strong command of project management methodologies and tools.
• Fluent in English and Chinese for cross-market stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to travel to Johor and across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Establish and run DayOne's Center of Excellence for project delivery.
• Design standards, frameworks, and processes for SEA project delivery.
• Define clear roles, responsibilities, and demarcation across functions and markets.
• Embed compliance and risk mitigation into all process design from the outset.
• Develop and maintain delivery assessment frameworks for performance management.
• Collaborate with Account Delivery Managers to tailor delivery approaches to client and project-specific requirements.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections across active data center projects in SEA.
• Lead competency assessments and training programs to strengthen team capability across markets.
• Consolidate project data and dashboards for leadership reporting across the SEA portfolio.
