Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company van for deliveries, maintaining logs and delivery documents.
• Provide equipment setup and instructions to clients, coordinating with technical teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist in operations especially during peak season.

Job description

We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver & Operations (Equipment Installer) to join us.

This role involves the movement of inventory: coffee bean, coffee machines and accessories to different locations.

You will also be also involved in daily operations of machine setup at different locations (cafés, restaurants, offices, etc.). It is important that you enjoy and take pride in your work as it involves customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Duties

• Safely operate company van to deliver coffee beans, accessories, and equipment to clients on scheduled routes.
• Load and unload products, ensuring correct inventory per delivery sheet.
• Maintain delivery logs, invoices, and proof of delivery documents.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and courteous deliveries with a focus on customer service.

Machine Delivery & Setup

• If you do not have prior coffee knowledge, you will be trained to deliver and install equipment at home and commercial locations
• Provide a basic machine overview and usage instructions to client
• Coordinate with our technical team for advanced setups or service needs.

Additional Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and care of delivery vehicle and equipment.
• Assist with operations as needed especially during peak season

Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

• Valid Singapore driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit: able to lift up to 32kg and work with others for larger equipment. The list of items we sell can be found on our website.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Occasional weekend deliveries or installations may be needed
