Job summary

LIU METAL WORKS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced delivery driver to safely operate company lorry, load and deliver goods according to schedule. You will ensure items are secured and paperwork is completed accurately.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Singapore Class 3/4 driving license, has 5 years of driving experience, a clean driving record, and is physically fit. Overtime, weekend, and public holiday work may be required; English/Mandarin/Malay communication is a plus.

Qualifications

• Possess valid Singapore Class 3/4 driving licence.
• Minimum 5 years driving experience preferred.
• Good driving record, no major traffic offences.
• Physically fit to carry and move goods.
• Able to work overtime, weekends or public holidays when needed.
• Basic communication skills in English/Mandarin/Malay.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company lorry to deliver and collect goods according to schedule.
• Ensure all items are loaded, secured, and unloaded properly.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, tyres, lights, brakes, general condition).
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the lorry.
• Follow all road safety rules and company driving regulations.
• Assist with loading/unloading when required.
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or delays immediately to supervisor.
• Ensure delivery notes, DOs, and paperwork are completed accurately.
• Provide good customer service during delivery.
• Support other logistics tasks when assigned.
