Job summary

Medpro Medical Supplies Pte Ltd is seeking a Delivery Driver cum Service Technician in Singapore. The role requires a valid Class 3 license, safe driving history, and the ability to perform assembly, QC and on-site repair tasks with basic English and Mandarin communication preferred.

Working hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm on weekdays. You will assist in warehouse operations, inventory checks, packing and dispatching orders, and occasional heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assemble/QC general product equipment before dispatch (hand-turn bolts, screws, washers, spring washers, nuts, etc.). Training provided
• Perform general repair/maintenance of products on-site when required (training provided)
• Assist in daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and shipment
• Move and install goods as needed
• Organize and store goods efficiently to optimize space
• Check and update inventory of incoming goods
• Pack and dispatch orders with precision
• Capable of lifting items weighing 20 kg occasionally
• Maintain clean and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with delivery notes, invoices and purchase orders per procedures
• Know company products well after training
• Simple product assembly; change parts as required
• Keep proper filing and record of documents
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks as required

Medpro main office & warehouse is at Joo Koon, next to MRT station.

Requirements;

Job scope

• Capability to lift items weighing 20kg occasionally, though most goods are lighter.
• Maintain clean and safe working environment in the warehouse
• Assist with delivery notes, invoices and submit purchase orders according to standard procedures
• Have good knowledge of all company products after training
• Simple product assembly, changing of parts as required.
• Keep proper filing and record of documents
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
